Matthew Haag, M.D. Joins the Growing Network of Physicians at Deaconess

December 3, 2007 (OKLAHOMA CITY, OK) — Deaconess Physician Services announces the addition of Matthew Haag, MD to its growing network of physicians. 

Dr. Haag will be practicing at Deaconess Family Care located at 2801 NW 23rd Street, between N. May Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Bringing compassionate care and personalized service combined with credentials and experience, Dr. Haag has practiced the last four years in Oklahoma City and is currently the medical director at Oklahoma City University’s student and faculty health clinic. 

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College Of Medicine, Haag completed his medical residency at Great Plains Family Practice, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Dr. Haag is board certified in family practice and is currently accepting new patients.  His services include but are not limited to: acute and comprehensive medical care, wellness exams, pediatrics, pre employment and insurance physicals and immunizations. Also accepting most major insurances, same-day appointments are available by calling (405) 602-2525.
