Deaconess Family Care – Rose Creek Opens in Edmond

Edmond, Okla. — Dedicated, experienced and known for bringing a high level of personal care to every patient, Dustin Baker, M.D. and Douglas R Riddle, M.D. are establishing their practice at Deaconess Family Care - Rose Creek. Conveniently located at N. May Avenue and 164th Street in Edmond,  Deaconess Family Care – Rose Creek provides the full scope of family medicine from newborn to geriatric.

Dustin R. Baker, M.D., board certified in family medicine, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.  Dr. Baker completed his residency at Great Plains Family Medicine in Oklahoma City, where he served as Chief Resident.

Douglas R. Riddle, M.D. also graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and served as Chief Resident at Great Plains Family Medicine. Dr. Riddle is board certified in family medicine.

Both physicians are from the Oklahoma City area and are excited to be providing quality, medical care to families in the communities that they live.
